In my opinion the growing of different network of broadband may sometimes confuse the comsumers. Some promises to have the strongest bandwitch or the best coverage but it turns out the other way round.

Yes, I think the government should regulate these companies to be more responsible and cater the consumers' needs. Their customer support system is faulty and seems to have created a string of angry and frustrated customer, including me. In my opinion, even though the government gave this type business license to a few companies in order to avoid only a company dominant the whole market share,there are no friendly competition exist between them. To win the heart of the customers, they intentionally hide some terms and regulations that would make them look less appealing. Anyway, your OS is a good platform for the students to discover the on-goings of high-tech gadgets, and make it more meaningful and relevant by giving information in Malaysia context.
